Our Story

Thirty years ago, Mark Maraia was a young lawyer seeking to build connections and grow his practice. His passion for relationship-building was contagious and he was soon being sought out by colleagues eager to learn his secrets of cultivating authentic relationships and growing his business. The first newsletters became the foundation for the book, Rainmaking Made Simple and later, Relationships are Everything, all based on the Maraia Method®.

As one of the first professional development coaches in the ‘90’s, Mark Maraia honed his skills through thousands of hours of coaching.  His coaching has reached across industries, benefiting accountants, lawyers and business consultants.  

Today, at Maraia Institute, we continue this tradition of innovative training and coaching with a fresh delivery using on-demand, micro-learning modules every professional can access.
